Therapeutic massage builds on Swedish massage employing many of its basic strokes, but applying more pressure and effective techniques. Therapeutic massage works into deeper layers of muscle and fascia to restore function and blood flow to a conjested area.
This type of massage is often used to address chronic pain and relieve deep layers of tension.

Deep tissue massage** builds on Swedish massage employing many of its basic strokes, but a works into deeper layers of muscle and fascia to break up tight knots. This type of massage is often used to address chronic pain and relieve deep layers of tension. Deep tissue massage may also employ elbows and forearms to reach deep layers of muscle tissue.
Includes: Shiatsu and Trigger Point and Red Light Therapy if needed.

Our signature glute massage builds on Therapeutic and Deep Tissue modalities. Our core, legs, hips and low back function depend on glute muscles, so a massage that strictly focuses on Glutes in superb! This massage uses Cupping, Forearm, trigger point, Deep Tissue or Soft Tissue manipulation, stretching and vibration techniques to loosen and help release the glutes and surrounding attachments. This will
include low back work and hamstring work as well.

Our Signature shoulder massage builds on Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Modalities. From daily shoulder tension to lockneck syndrome this is the MUST have to release the right to left side tension we hold each day! This massage will focus strictly on both hands, forearms, shoulders, neck, pecks, scaps and Traps. Your Therapist will use hand techniques, Stretching, cupping (pulling) ,Vibration, Trigger point and Hot Towels. We work within your tolerance, good feedback is needed for this session as it can become instense in specific areas.
Prenatal Massage 60 Min -$115 / 90 Min $150
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness and relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). In addition massage helps to relax nervous tension -- which aids in better sleep -- and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

THAI MASSAGE 60 Min Only - $100
Traditional Thai massage combines acupressure, Indian principles, and assisted yoga postures but with no use of oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.
