Deposits/Holds

Note that a credit card is required to hold all reservations. Cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee. For groups of three or more, a 50% prepayment the service is required.

Refund Policy

All sales of gift certificates and prepaid services are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for these purchases.

Gift Certificates expire in 5 years from date of purchase.

Gift Certificates Donated have a 6 month Expiration date and must be used for the service donated.

Spa rules

Please arrive 15 Minutes prior to your appt for undressing and consultation. Your session begins on your appt time. If you arrive late we will not be able to go over in time as we have other clients scheduled behind you. If you have a group of 3 or more please arrive 30 minutes prior to yout start time for bathroom usages, consult and undressing.

Please note our policies: children not receiving services are not permitted in the spa, and we kindly ask that not be left unattended in the lobby.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and any form of sexual misconduct or verbal misconduct will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked leave or reported to the authorities for solicitation and will also be responsible for the full payment of their service.
